Training
A dedicated Implementation Team ensures your training is tailored to your unique needs and is with you every step of the way
To ensure our clients' success in implementing and using our web-based portfolio management platform we have developed a training program that leverages best practices identified in setting up over 200 RIAs firms on our system. This process involves a detailed upfront discovery with our consultants to define each client's unique portfolio management needs and is followed by a series of individualized remote trainings, optional online self-directed training, and testing of client data on our system.
Each client receives a dedicated Implementation Team that leads them through the initial 30 day training period and stays with them through the first year on our system. After the first year, support is transitioned to our Client Services Team which has full access to all client history and works closely with each Implementation Team.
In as little as 30 days, clients can be managing their client portfolios on Tamarac. Our proven training process educates users to get the maximum value out of our software and introduce best-practices in executing investment strategy management processes within their firm.
